In this policy, "EasyFundGo," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the direct-financing brand operated by Sixteen Reconciliation Assets LLC. We assess applications, make credit decisions, and provide or service personal financing where the product is available and we are authorized. We do not run a financing lead marketplace or sell applications to other financing providers.
How your details support your request. EasyFundGo uses the information you provide to evaluate and manage your application or account. Providers assist with website operations, application processing, communications, security, and compliance. We neither sell application information nor give third parties or affiliates mobile opt-in data or text-message consent for their marketing.
1. Details we receive
Personal information we gather falls into these groups:
- Contact and identity details. The request form asks for your given and family names, email, mobile number, ZIP code, and the state where you live.
- Application and financial details. These include your requested amount, intended use of financing, employment situation, annual income bracket, and your own estimate of your credit rating.
- Evidence of consent. We record the wording presented to you, your checkbox selections, submission date and time, originating page URL, and browser user agent. These records document the permission relied on when we contact you.
- Device and browsing details. Cookies and related tools automatically collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referral page, pages visited, and time spent on the site.
- Campaign attribution. Arrival URLs may contain campaign, source, medium, and click identifiers. Applications are not routed through affiliate or lead-buyer arrangements.
- Correspondence. We keep your emails, submitted forms, support conversations, and the responses we provide.
This public page does not request a Social Security number, date of birth, bank account number, or login credentials. A subsequent secure application or verification process may require more details from you. Sensitive account information should never be sent by email or text.
2. Purposes for using your details
We process personal information for these purposes:
- Assessing, underwriting, funding, and servicing applications or accounts for available products;
- Discussing your application or account through email or calls, and through texts only with separate consent;
- Checking the accuracy of submissions and identifying fraud, duplicates, or automated entries;
- Running, protecting, evaluating, and improving the website and advertising;
- Documenting consent and meeting legal, regulatory, and retention duties, including requirements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and relevant state laws;
- Answering inquiries and handling requests about personal information.
3. Mobile data and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. Subcontractors supporting customer service or SMS delivery may receive information only to operate our own messaging program.
SMS enrollment with EasyFundGo is entirely your choice. It is not required to submit a request or receive our products or services. An unchecked SMS box leaves your application eligible for the same treatment.
The SMS checkbox displays this wording: “I agree to receive automated text messages from EasyFundGo about the request I submitted and my account — receipt confirmations, application-status updates, account notices, and customer-service replies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, loan, or service. Msg frequency varies, up to 5 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.” For the complete program, assistance, and cancellation instructions, consult the SMS Terms and Conditions.
Your mobile consent record, including its wording and timestamp, is retained throughout the period we send messages and for four years afterward. This lets us demonstrate your permission when necessary.
4. Recipients of information
The recipients below may receive personal information for the specified purposes:
| Recipient | Information provided | Purpose of disclosure |
|---|---|---|
| Operational service providers | The minimum needed for their task | Hosting, secure application handling, identity and fraud checks, email and SMS delivery, measurement, and customer support. Providers follow our directions and cannot use the details for their own purposes. |
| Consumer-reporting and verification organizations | Details required for an authorized check | Identity confirmation, fraud controls, application assessment, and account servicing as lawfully permitted and disclosed. |
| Recipients for legal or protective purposes | Details required by law | Meeting legal duties and lawful requests, enforcing terms, and protecting rights and safety. |
| A business successor | Details relevant to the business transaction | A merger, acquisition, financing transaction, or asset sale. We notify you when control of your information changes. |
Operational service providers must follow our directions and applicable law, receiving only the information required for their work. EasyFundGo originates and services its own loans.
5. Advertising-related sale and sharing
Application information is not sold or supplied to other financing providers for marketing. Certain analytics or advertising tools we may use can, however, qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable state privacy laws.
The mobile opt-in records and SMS consent described in Section 3 are excluded. We do not sell, share, or disclose that information for marketing by third parties or affiliates.
Visit Your Privacy Choices whenever you wish to opt out of personal-information sale or sharing. We also recognize a browser-sent Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out.
We do not knowingly engage in selling or sharing personal information belonging to anyone younger than 16.
6. Managing contact and data choices
- SMS cancellation. Send STOP in reply to a text. Messages stop immediately and do not resume unless you enroll again.
- Email preferences. Select the unsubscribe link in a marketing email footer or complete the opt-out form.
- Call preferences. Tell the caller to add you to our internal do-not-call list, or use the opt-out form. We retain that list and respect a request for a minimum of five years.
- Data sale and sharing. Set your preference through Your Privacy Choices.
- Browser storage. Your browser can block or remove cookies. Some site functions may be affected when cookies are blocked.
A STOP reply immediately cancels SMS, followed only by a cancellation confirmation. Other requests to stop communications, including mailed requests, are handled within ten business days. Cancellation covers all texts in this program, including application and account updates, until you opt in again. Required legal notices may instead arrive by mail or another permitted channel. Section 7 sets out the separate privacy-request timeframes.
7. Rights under state privacy laws
Your place of residence may entitle you to learn what personal information we hold, receive a copy, request corrections or deletion, reject sale or sharing, opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling, and appeal a declined request. Exercising a privacy right will not result in discriminatory treatment.
Send a request through Your Privacy Choices or email support@easyfundgo.com using "Privacy Request" as the subject. We compare your submitted details with our records to verify identity and may request more information if needed. An agent acting for you must provide written authorization.
We acknowledge requests within ten business days and provide a response within forty-five days. Complex requests may require one additional forty-five-day period. To challenge a denial, reply with "Appeal." We respond to appeals within forty-five days; if the denial stands, we provide contact information for your state attorney general.
California
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, grants California residents the rights outlined here. During the previous twelve months, we collected the Section 1 information categories and made the Section 4 disclosures for the stated business purposes. Sensitive personal information is used or disclosed only for purposes allowed without offering a right to limit that use.
Nevada
To direct us not to sell covered information under Nevada law, submit a verified request to support@easyfundgo.com with "Nevada Opt-Out" in the subject line.
8. Protecting information
Our safeguards combine administrative, physical, and technical measures. They include TLS encryption during transmission, employee access restricted by job responsibilities, and monitoring for unauthorized access. No transmission or storage system offers complete protection, so absolute security cannot be promised. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as legally required.
9. How long records remain
Application and contact details remain with us for the time needed to deliver the service and up to four years afterward, reflecting limitation periods relevant to our business. Consent evidence is retained for at least four years following our last message. Opt-out records have no deletion deadline so that we can continue respecting your choices.
10. Information about minors
Only adults aged 18 or older may use our service. We do not knowingly gather personal information from minors under 18, and we delete it if we discover that we have done so. Parents or guardians concerned about such information can write to support@easyfundgo.com.
11. Browser cookies and tracking
Essential cookies support site operation and saved form progress. Analytics cookies help us understand usage, while advertising cookies measure campaigns and reach previous visitors. Browser settings give you control over cookies. We do not act on Do Not Track signals because there is no consistent industry standard; Global Privacy Control signals are honored as opt-outs under state privacy law.
12. Websites outside our control
Links may take you to external financial or service-provider websites. Their information practices fall outside this policy. Read the policy on the destination site before supplying personal details.
13. Updates to this policy
When we revise this policy, we adjust its update date. Material revisions are also announced on the homepage for at least thirty days. Using the site after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
